Soil Remediation
Unlimited Construction uses a proven and proprietary, environmentally friendly, soil shredding and additive system to effectively remove hydrocarbons from impacted soils. The remediation treatment system is set up on site and typically does not require the removal of contaminated soils from the impacted area. Unlimited Construction has treated hundreds of thousands of yards of contaminated soil in Colorado, New Mexico, Wyoming, and Utah saving its clients millions of dollars of dig and haul expense.
Unlimited is also capable of treating soil for salts, chloride and sodium, heavy metals and correcting pH. Our soil shredding process can be modified to meet your project needs.
Our current list of treated contaminants include:
- Hydrocarbons
- Benzene, Toluene, Ethyl-benzene, Xylenes (BTEX)
- Polyaromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs)
- Chloride
- Sodium
- Arsenic
- Boron
- Barium
- pH
- Sodium adsorption ratio (SAR)
Please contact us to discuss your project needs and we can create a remediation approach to meet the appropriate regulatory closure standards.
