Unlimited Construction understands the impacts projects can have on the environment and is sensitive to the needs of the clients. Unlimited has remediated hundreds of thousands of yards of contaminated soil—projects both large and small. Unlimited has saved its clients millions of dollars through its remediation system—not counting the environmental impact savings of digging and hauling contaminated soil.

SAMPLE PROJECTS

  • Leaking Production Facility—estimated TPH levels of 30,000 mg/kg were reduced to 100 mg/kg upon closure. 8,542 cubic yards excavated and processed in 22 days.

  • Production Facility Cleanup—over 127,000 cubic yards were excavated and processed in New Mexico reducing the TPH levels in the soil from approximately 20,000 mg/kg to 100 mg/kg. Oversight provided by State of New Mexico and Federal Bureau of Land Management.

  • Leaking Oil Tank—2300 cubic yards excavated and cleaned in 11 days. Total TPH levels reduced from 11,800 mg/kg to 5000 mg/kg.

  • Earthen Pit Remediation—over 4080 total cubic yards of impacted material cleaned in 8 days. The original TPH levels amounted to 4360 mg/kg were reduced to less than 100 mg/kg.
  • Impacted Wash—impacted soil and water had run off of the production location into a nearby wash. The amount of treated soil consisted of 6212 cubic yards with an original TPH of over 8100 mg/kg reduced to less than 100 mg/kg. Project completed in 25 days.

UNLIMITED CONSTRUCTION HAS DEVELOPED A SYSTEM THAT CAN TREAT AND PROCESS IMPACTED SOILS ON SMALL PROJECTS (LESS THAN 500 CUBIC YARDS) AND VERY LARGE PROJECTS (OVER 100,000 CUBIC YARDS).
